2025 Lincolnshire Care Awards

Congratulations to all our winners, highly commended and finalists who enjoyed an evening in the spotlight at the Lincolnshire Care Awards 2025!

Everyone had an amazing time at the awards ceremony, which took place at the DoubleTree by Hilton, Lincoln on the 26^th March and was hosted as usual by the inimitable Melvyn Prior.

Thanks to everyone who nominated their Lincolnshire care heroes and to the fantastic behind-the-scenes team who put the event together in such seamless fashion.

Thanks also to our sponsors, presenters and guest judges, without whom we simply wouldn’t be able to deliver such an amazing event. Your dedication, support and commitment make all the difference – so a heartfelt thank you from all of us.

It was an honour to witness the outstanding work happening across Lincolnshire, much of which often goes unseen. We are truly inspired by the passion and care shown within our social care community!

A special mention must go to Barry Earnshaw, our former Chair, who received the Chair’s Special Recognition Award from our current Chair Melanie Weatherley MBE. In future this award will be renamed the Barry Earnshaw award.

We look forward to welcoming everyone to our 10th anniversary awards next year. Nominations for the 2026 Care Awards will open at the LinCA Conference on 15th July 2026.
